Ugly and muddled yellow, brown, orange...ish. Just as intended. Big frothy and sticky off white head.
Smells like a smoothie. Vanilla yogurt with every piece of fruit on the table thrown in there. Mostly tropical blends, citrus heavy on the end.
No surprise that Baerlic does it right. Pineapple dominance over mango, strawberry, blueberry, and orange. Again with the vanilla yogurt giving this a 50/50 bar like flavor, just with those added elements.
Pretty smooth and creamy. The finish has a bit of a carbonated tingle that's escalated by a sharp but quickly removed bitterness.
I'm starting to believe that Baerlic can do no wrong. Every one of these special release beers tends to be phenomenal wether I'm a fan of the styles or not. Fun beer. Cheers.
