Oh boy. If you like brett, or if you want to try brett, this is the one. I was not fond of this beer in its pre-bottle-conditioned state, the regular Milo Saison. But the bretta-ed version is something else. Sometimes bottle-bretted beers take awhile to develop the funk. Not this one! Got it gwan on from the git-go. Pour that last bit of sediment into your glass for even more funk, although it will cloud up the look.
I got it in bottle from the brewery. (It's not available on tap since it's a bottle-conditioned beer.) Go drink one there and if you like, get one to take home. Yum....

Light orange and cloudy with a huge rocky and foamy head that plasters everything.
Light oak, dried grass, hay, pepper, and a mild funk.
Flavor follows with a lemon rind twist.
Highly carbonated, dry, and slightly "dirty-bitter". Easy to drink and very crisp.
It's no Upright Said on, but it's a mighty good Saison in general.
Cheers.
