Can from Uptown Market, 2023 version with fresh Chinook to go with Strata and Amarillo.
A clear light orange with a thin, white head that leaves nice lacing. The nose has an aggressive FH character, pine, spruce, eucalyptus, citrus, all dank and with mild notes of nightshade. The palate opens bitter and clean with mild resin, the dankness from fresh Chinook lending a nice counter to the tropical Strata notes. Dank, sticky fresh hops. Drying, light , clean and bitter on the finish. Quite excellent.

Enjoyed this on tap at the source.
FH Punk Rock with Chinook hops, 2022 season.
Pours a light gold. Pine and grapefruit notes hang out in the corner of the olfactory senses, but step to the plate on the sip. Great finish.

*2022 Version featuring fresh Chinook hops
Look: Clear bright orange and the pour yields a pillowy off-white head that holds well and slowly recedes, leaving copious lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it on the pour. Fresh limes, juicy and ripe melon, strawberries, mandarins, rhubarb, light grassy notes, and bready malt
Taste: Kicks off with a huge hit of bright and pithy citrus fruits that hit hard and quickly followed by a ripe berry aftertaste. Melon comes in swinging along with grass, light rhubarb, and freshly crushed cop cones that hold center stage until the close
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, fairly clean, and a lightly dry finish along with a light bite
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. This fresh hop offering has eluded me for a couple of years now so had to try it when I saw it and it isn’t a letdown. Tons of fresh hop character throughout and centered around melon, citrus, and berries for me but all dialed up to the crazy high level I love and expect from fresh hop beers. Delicious and recommended

Yellow beer with a haze to it. Fluffy white persistent foam.
Straight weed in the aroma.
Unique flavor is an understatement. Tons of weed, but a very difficult base flavor to describe. I can't help but think of pumpkin, cucumber, or other squash like flavors.
Smooth and crisp with a slightly dirty bitterness.
A good beer, but based on just this one can (so far) I much prefer the original Punk Rock Time. Cheers
