A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts Black IPA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & then FRESH FROM THE FARM Mosaic hops!!!

Cascadian fresh hopped ipa from the 2022 season. Enjoyed at the source on tap.
I don’t get much on the nose. Unfortunately, the fresh hop notes are lost under the roast. Still good, but not FHtastic. Let it warm a little for maximum effect.
