Built as a big West Coast IPA, with a little extra body & slight orange hue.
We were able to experiment with a new variety from Yakima Chief Hops called HBC 586 that pushes a lot of sweet tropical fruit, mango, & lychee flavor/aroma.
We then blended this in with some of our favorite hop varieties for IPA; expect notes of mango, pineapple, citrus, and pine. We are very excited about this beer and can’t wait for you all to try it out!

Canned June 12th. Pour is pure NWIPA -- light amber color, clear, with a finger of foam. Nose is great, lots of citrus and fruit, maybe a hint of pine in the background. Hop bitterness is dominant without being overwhelming. The malt base shows up in the finish and adds another layer of flavor to the mix. ABV is a still-moderate 7.3%.
