Mosaic, citra, simcoe & fresh from the farm HBC 586 hops.
Does this mean the 586 are the freshies, and at what point were they added? The more I know, the more questions I have.
This doesn’t pour like a WCIPA, coming off couch—almost murky—in the glass.
Interesting aroma, with hints of underripe cantaloupe and peach flesh, juicy orange pulp and a woodsy, medicinal undertone. Not quite the sum of its parts, although the fresh character is present and welcomed, in spite of the lingering vegetal notes. A mixed bag.
