Our inaugural kettle sour ale strikes a perfect harmony between fruity notes and acidity, ending with a refreshing dryness. Take a generous sip and immerse yourself in a complex array of sensations: the subtle sweetness of light malts, a bright lemon-like tang, and a robust fruitiness. With a light body, lively carbonation, and a sharp tartness, this brew will leave your glass empty and the delightful flavors of strawberries and peaches lingering on your lips.
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, wheat flakes, malted wheat, hops, peaches, strawberries, hibiscus flowers, yeast.

I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at the brewery in Xewkija.
Appearance: pale pink hue with a mostly clear body and a finger of pink foam.
Smell: a light peach aroma that is nevertheless alluring. It's got a dash of sourness too, which is nice.
Taste: lightly sour with a nice, subtle, earthy fruit flavor. It's made with whole fruit and not puree, so it has a very natural feel to it.
Mouthfeel: light body with a nice carbonation and a nice fizziness, but it's not really creamy.
Overall: super refreshing and drinkable on a hot day. I could drink a ton of this.
