A 750ml bottle with no bottled on or best before date, but I think this has been cellared from the summer of 2017. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: It was a slightly hazy orange golden colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Funky, musty, brett, strong barrel, oak, lemon, citrusy, and cream soda.
Taste: Light sour, tart, oak, funky, musty, brett, with fruity apricot and citrus flavours.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Cellared for longer than intended, but still very enjoyable. Good mix of funk, brett, barrel and fruit, plus the lightness, just makes it very easy to drink.

Bottle at share. pale, cloudy golden with a small frothy head.Tart brett notes in the aroma, taste follows along. Bottle was a bit of a gusher, bit still held up well.

A: Pale tangerine gold - hazy - pours with a small white head, fades to a few wisps, retains a small collar, leaves some streaks of lacing
S: Nicely tart and funky, yet oddly clean - some sharp spritzes of lemon, some saison yeast, floral notes - some acidity, some lactic notes, light undercurrent of yogurt, but really clean - some sharp oak - light sweetness
T: Funky and complex, but also soft and juicy - lemon-like acidity, with some acidic funk, notes of lactic funk - floral notes and saison funk - some really nice light sweetness and fruity notes - lemon and hints of other citrus fruits - light hints of apple, pear - nice balance of oak - finishes very clean
M: Medium body, medium carbonation, smooth, with a crisp finish
O: Holy
This is an amazing saison. I've been sitting on this bottle for about 9 months, and it's sad that it was a one-time release, because... Wow. I'll be heading to Holy Mountain again if/when I'm next in Seattle.

Slightly hazy straw yellow. Smells vinous and citrusy. Taste is perfectly balanced tartness, fresh lemon zest, a hint of crackery malt. Mouthfeel has a spot-on level of lively carbonation. Overall it brightened up my day and reminded my why I’m so lucky to have Holy Mountain here in Seattle.

Pours lightly cloudy gold with a thin head. The nose is red and green apple, citrus rind, and sour candy. Low lemonade-like tartness with fresh apple cider notes on the palate. Spring water-like minerality on the backend. Clean. The mouthfeel is medium minus.
Overall, great.

This one pours a slightly hazy light orange, with no head or lacing. The second pour, poured hard, did produce a head.
This smells like sour and tangy citrus, with a good amount of dirty funk.
This is quite soft and very lightly carbonated, with a very high level of drinkability. There's light vanilla and earthy honey, with a mice lemony and peachy funk, some orange, and a touch of oak.
This is a really nice beer- it's complex and quite drinkable.
