American Table Sour fermented and aged in oak with a mixed culture of Brett and lactic acid bacteria. Dry hopped with a really nice lot of Washington grown Cascade. Refermented in the bottle with Brett. This beer is best consumed fresh, it is well conditioned now and the dry hop character will fade over time.

A fizzy head that dissipates relatively quickly. Opaque but luminous yellow-orange; incredibly juicy looking. Big grapefruit aroma with a hint of brett and oak. Flavor follows with a soft, creamy feel akin to SARA beers. Feels like a softened, less sour version of De Garde's Petit series. A very good thing.
