Absolutely fantastic and complex. The blonde bright beer pours with a foamy white head. The effervescence is spectacular and continues throughout the drinking experience. The balance of funk, tart, and dry is perfect and is akin to the world class farmhouse ales from Side Project and Sante Adairus. Notes of citrus rind, white wine, and champagne. A drying almost white grape character as well. Oak on the finish. Beautiful beer.
