Pale straw in color, clear, with a half inch of head that settles to an 1/8". Good lacing present as it drinks down.
Grassy, a bit of funk, some citrus, and acid.
A light malt, strong acid, citrus, and maybe a touch of hops.
Light and crisp mouthful. Higher end carbonation. Super dry and lingering finish.
An interesting mix of a saison and sour but it is more sour. The nose and flavors are nice, nothing exceptional. The mouthful however is quite good. Try this if available.
