Lemon lime side of a saison, Golden sparse head, thick body, carbonated bite, surprisingly bitter in middle taste.

Serving on tap at Beveridge Place.
Appearance is a golden orange, with a nice head that doesn't stick around. The aroma is pretty mild, fruit and yeast. The flavor has orange, bananas, melon, maybe even a hint of lime.
Overall, this is pretty good, but not in the same class as the other saisons I've had from Holy Mountain.

Had on tap at Holy Mountain. The body is a cloudy golden orange with a finger white head. Aromas consist of mandarin orange, tangerine, honeydew melon, cantelope, straw, and mild black pepper. Flavors follow the nose. The feel is medium bodied with medium carbonation, and a dry lingering finish.
