Pours a lightly hazy golden with cumulus head. Bubblegum, banana, and Djarum Black on the nose. It's got more of that traditionally saison yeast character banana clove with bone dry precision. Really enjoyed this.

On tap at Holy Mountain.
Abbreviated info from the brewery: a saison brewed with 75% flaked and malted rye. Fermented in French cognac foudre, then aged on Brett.
Pours a light yellow, slightly hazy. Not much head. Aroma is tart and brett. The taste picks up the rye, fairly strongly, and also shows the barrel influence, which I assume is oak, but I'm no expert. The taste is mildly tart. There's very little bitterness. The body is quite light.
Overall, it's yet another fine saison from the Holy Mountain wizards, especially if you like rye, as I do.
