Corinth is a sour ale that was fermented entirely in oak barrels with a house mixed culture. It was then transferred into oak puncheons and aged on a large amount of black currants.

This one pours a light purplish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like red wine, tart currant, oak, lemon, and some light grassy funk.
This has a pretty perfect acidity level to it – it’s firm, but not overwhelming, and doesn’t cover up all the other little great parts of this beer. The black currant is done very well here, a fresh, funky, and perfectly sour fruit expression, with some oaky wine barrel, dark fruit, and a vibrant funk character.
This is light bodied, very drinkable, and pretty clean, with a pleasantly refreshing acidity.
I wish I didn’t have to pay for shipping across the country whenever I want to trade for and drink Holy Mountain – it is just excellent stuff across the board.
