I had this beer on-tap in a mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a very light touch of haze and a good effervescence. Head is a thin layer of ivory foam with a decent-enough lace left on the glass.
Smell: light malt with a dash of funk and sourness. It smells like a pretty standard Brett beer; nothing fancy but well-done.
Taste: the subtler fruity flavors of the (I'm guessing) wild fermentation come through nicely. This beer doesn't have any whizz-bang gimmicks, it's just a solid, well-executed wild saison.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a really nice beer. I hesitate to use the word "simple", since there is a good, subtle complexity from whatever bugs are in this beer, but it lacks fancy tricks and is very refreshing.
