750mL into a Hennepin glass. Pours a beautiful slightly hazy golden/straw color with a white 1-finger head the dissipates pretty quickly. Nice carbonation.
Aroma is earthy and grassy, light funk. Some pear and apple sweetness.
Taste is likewise pretty standard saison fare. Bready, wet straw, pear, apple, and a nice Old World clean hoppy bite on the finish.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp, very drinkable and refreshing.
Overall a solid low ABV, sessionable saison that I'd gladly drink anytime.
