Poured at cellar temp. Pours yellow with minimal head. Nose is orange, lemon, oak, bread, and some sour funk.
The taste is smooth. Citrus, vanilla, biscuits, apricot, wheat, funk, and oak. Lovely!
The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. Aftertaste is vanilla and stone fruit.

Appearance: Pours a somewhat cloudy golden color with a two finger head that slowly settles in; swathes of lace
Smell: Soured wheat, soft French cheese, oak and barnyard tones
Taste: Somewhat sour and wheaty flavors forward with leathery barnyard elements building; soft French cheese flavors build, after the swallow, the oak takes over bringing a rustic, woody flavor to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: A really distinctive Saison from one of my favorite breweries
