16oz can served in a big snifter. No date, because Holy Mountain stupidly uses that equipment to print garbage on the bottom of their cans: "EIGHTBREED". I have often passed up their canned IPAs because of this, but the store assured me it should be fresh.
Pours clear orange-amber, medium to small head that settles into a very uniform thin skin and a ring clinging maybe three quarters of a centimeter up the side of the glass. Smell is fairly dank, some lemon and ripe mango, some hay and a lightly sweet cakiness.
Taste is slightly boozy, moderate citrus juice sweetness, pretty strong pine bitterness, a little floral sweetness. There's a little bit of an orange vibe.
Mouthfeel is fairly thick, heavy, still. Overall, very nice beer.
