WE HAD THE FINE FOLKS FROM @JOHNIHAAS OVER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO TO BREW A FRESH HOP PALE ALE USING EXPERIMENTAL HOP 1019 THAT WAS PICKED THE MORNING WE BREWED WITH IT. WE HAD A BLAST BREWING WITH THIS CREW AND ARE SUPER HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! THIS SLIGHTLY HAZY PALE HAS TONS OF PEACH RINGS, ORANGE/CITRUS, AND TROPICAL PINA COLLADA THROUGHOUT THE AROMA AND TASTE. THIS IS A SMALL BATCH WITH LIMITED CANS AND DRAFT, SO COME ON BY AND GIVE IT A TRY WHILE IT LASTS.

16oz pour at the taphouse in Phinny.
Opaquely murky, white-orange-amber, creamy dense head. Smell is herbal/menthol green and floral. Almost minty. Some cut greens. Taste is less herbal menthol, more cut greens and fresh grass. Gritty. Dry, clean. Very nice, not overwhelming.
