A light refreshing beer but aside from some lemon notes there isn’t much there. Very carbonated. A little rough around the edges as well. It would be best on a hot day

Big foam-up in the Stella Artois goblet. Eventually settles to a pale almost greenish gold, slightly hazy. Aroma of hay and alfalfa with a touch of strawberry. For the modest alcohol and body this is quite pleasant. There is an interesting tangy-fruity taste to start, like berries and straw. Scratchy finish but little Belgian character. This is not a bad idea, to try more of these "Petite Saisons" to see what can be done with more flavor and less alcohol. This one does NOT have more flavor, but it's quite interesting and quaffable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge & Tunnel. Not dated.
