With organic spelt.
Awkward appearance: hazy mud. Off-white foam, decent.
Smell, and taste are based on a sugary note, too strong, and useless. A light red fruit effect, and just a hint of citric.
No idea about organic splet of Salento, but the beer is frankly meh..
