A lager the monks of Germany traditionally brewed to get through the cold winter months, Dopplebock (or double bock) is liquid bread in a glass, full of rich malt character. Ours has slight notes of roast and coffee, along with hints of toffee, plum, and toasted bread, with a sublimely creamy head thanks to extended lagering time on natural carbonation.
