A classic English pub ale that isn't nearly as "bitter as the name would indicate. Brewed exclusively with Colorado-grown Troubadour Malts, and hopped with Sonnet Goldings, an American-grown cousin of the English East Kent Goldings. Extremely drinkable, with a slightly sweet malt profile, and just enough "bitter" to balance.
