Golden color, white head, fruity aroma with floral notes, some elderflower, some pepper, some citrus, medium sweetness, medium body, average carbonation.

Almost clear golden color with frothy white foam. Aroma is quite yeasty with elderflower, acacia and pepper notes. Taste is yeasty, peppery, floral and earthy with light lemon notes and dry finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation, quite soft on the palate.
