Amber with a light haze, moderate carbonation and an off white head of a half finger.
Smells great of Belgian phenols, white pepper, hay, dried spices and chardonnay barrels. Light fruitiness, yellow plum and daisy floral quality.
Tastes of phenols, caramel and creme brûlée. Caramel forward with the other qualities VERY faint in the background.
Light body, lots of carbonation.
Got this in Waynesville at Beer Hub where it was recommended. A lot of hype and a grande idea, but falls short on the pallet. Maggie Valley, Aug 11, 2023.
