The combination of wheat, Indian coriander, and the phenolic Belgian yeast creates a wonderfully bready, citrusy, and spicy spring brew. A generous dose of chamomile flowers (a member of the daisy family) are also added giving this witbier pleasant notes of floral citrus and lemongrass - An interesting yet delicate twist on the traditional style.

Pours an opaque orange-yellow, with a thin white head. Bright aroma, with hints of citrus, clove, and chamomile. Nice carbonation levels, with a moderate body. Flavor starts a bit sweet with a touch of creamy wheat. It finishes with a nice spice and floral finish. Overall a solid witbier.

A- Pale straw color, and hazy. Doesn't have that classic "white" color. White head is weak but hangs around okay.
S- Coriander. Sweet tang, almost like a gose. Straw/grain malt aroma.
T- Straw, a little coriander. Slightly sweet, but fairly bland.
M- Light body. A little snappy coriander spice lingers in the finish.
O- Okay. Not the best wit I've had, but has the drekker yeast taste that is good.
Thoughts... Could tweak the ingredients and make this a glorious beer like there NEIPA's, as they knock them out of the park. Cheers!
