Idaho 7 is a very new hop variety only released in 2015. It’s only grown in Wilder, ID, and it’s characterized by it’s pungent tropical fruit flavor and aroma (think orange, apricot, red grapefruit, papaya) with big not es of resiny pine and hints of black tea. Hop heads love how this beer bursts with flavor and aroma while remaining very drinkable and sessionable.
