Huell Melon is a German hop bred by the Hop Research Center in Hüll and is considered a decendent of cascade hops. Huell Melon has a unique but mellow fruit character and flavors of ripe honeydew melon and strawberry. This beer’s lighter malt profile lets these characteristics shine through to create a crisp, clean and slightly fruity session IPA.
