Got in a trade with GreenBayBA. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours very hazy deep ruby red/pink/purple color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of berries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy berries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an amazing fruited milkshake sour! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Fantastic soft /silky feel, not overly lactic. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy berries, vanilla, and Lacto complexity; with a great lactose and wheat/malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example.

Poured from 16oz can into glass. No canning date information found.
Cloudy, reddish/purplish colored body. Thin pinkish head upon hard pour sticks around as thin cap and ring. Each sip leaves behind a ring of lacing.
Aroma brings forth the raspberry and the strawberry, with a little hint of blueberry. Has a whiff of the lactose.
Taste really expresses the berries, with all (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, and blueberry making an appearance somewhere in the profile. The salt is there to emphasize the flavors. The lactose adds a little fullness and the vanilla adds a lightness. The beer is both berry sweet and tart, but the overall sour level is low.
Medium mouth feel. Good, fizzy mouth feel. Has a bit of a dry finish due to the salt and yeast, but this just results in another sip.
Well crafted as a sweet/sour beer. The salt acts as an agent that brings forth all the true tastes. The descriptive term of "Smoothie Sour" is very appropriate for the experience of this beer. The sourness is there to be recognized but the berry sweetness and lactose/vanilla act as a balance, and the salt helps to tie all aspects together.

16oz can poured into pint glass, thanks to Todd (now a native of ND) for the brew.
A: pours a dark pink-purple body, carbonation, plus one finger frothy pink hazed white foam head that quickly fades
S: strawberry, lemon, raspberry, general berry aroma, sweetness, vanilla becomes more present as it warms
M: medium body with wet juicy finish
T: pale malt, tart lemon that carries throughout the brew, salty, berry flavors (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry), sweetness builds lightly in the finish.
O: really interesting brew, very berry, the lactose sugar is an interesting ingredient. Not a daily drinker but fun to sip on from time to time.

This beer pours a vivid magenta with a large powder pink head. The aroma is intensely fruity with strawberry and cherry notes up front, and a slightly candy like wild berry character. The flavor starts nice and tart and fruity, with a lemon juice sourness, and then a bright note of sour cherry, strawberry, and again that vague but comforting generic berry quality. There is a malty finish that is not all together welcome, but it does not detract too significantly. The mouthfeel is quite full and sweet with boldy, foamy carbonation. Overall a really fun sour, not the best in the series but not the worst either.
