New name (Brain Squeeze) for the former "Brain Freeze" beer series.
Poured from 16oz can into glass. No dating information found.
Cloudy raspberry colored body. Two finger of white head settles quickly to thin cap and ring. Leaves behind some partial rings and spots of lacing.
Main aroma is raspberry, along with peach, lactobacillus, and slight touch of salt.
Taste is sweet/sour mix of raspberry, peach, lactose sugar, and with slight vanilla bean and salt.
Medium to full mouth feel. Good carbonation. More sweet than dry at the end, but the salt does induce some dryness.
The "Brain Freeze" beer series was legally required to find a new name (could this action have been demanded by 7-Eleven?), and the revamped series name is now "Brain Squeeze". Raspberry and a little peach control the flavors here, with the lactose sugar, and a touch of salt.
