16oz can at share. Light ruby colored pour, small bubbly head. Strawberry and vanilla greet the nose. Taste follows with more sweet dessert flavors, strawberries, vanilla, creamy, lacto. Smooth.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a reddish / pink / purple color and an extremely cloudy and thick consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of berries, vanilla, malt, lactose, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
T: Tasted of a bit of marshmallows (quite sweet), lactose (more than expected, especially in the finish), a bit of graham crackers, a tinge of vanilla (quite fleeting), lots of strawberries (the dominant ingredient), and light malt notes. A solidly done flavor. A bit too much lactose, especially in the finish, but still sweet and vibrant.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: On the whole, a well made NE IPA. Worth a try.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish purple in color. It poured with a short white head that left lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of marshmallows are present in the nose along with notes of strawberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of strawberries and marshmallows with additional hints of graham crackers and lactose as well as a slight bit of sweetness. Moderately strong flavors of cinnamon are also present, but only in the finish.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: All of the various flavors really come through in the taste of this beer, making it resemble a strawberry cheesecake.

On tap. Pink hued hazy yellow. White head.
Strawberry and vanilla. Lactose. Fruity. Lemon. Earthy hops. Soft and easy drinking. Would be a great summer crusher.
