Mind Bullets - Mango, Grapefruit And Vanilla

This beer pours a hazy yellow with a moderate, quickly dissipating head. The aroma is bright and sour with lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, and a hint of sweetness. The flavor is gentler than the aroma, starting with a smooth blast of sourness, with lemon and grapefruit very present, followed by a vague tropical fruit note, and finishing with vanilla, passionfruit, and guava. The mouthfeel is light with bright fizzy carbonation. Overall a fun one - probably the most expressive I have tried in the mind bullets series so far. Nothing serious here, but it is what this kind of beer can beer at its best - very fun.
