We’ve said “ridiculous amounts of fruit” before, but as it turns out we were only in “somewhat excessive” territory then. This time though, we’ve packed a SERIOUSLY ridiculous amount of Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, and Raspberry into this incredibly tasty, tart & THICC beverage.⁣⠀

Drekker Oops! All Berries BRAAAAAAAAins Fruited Sour, 6.2% ABV. Pours opaque maroon with a slight ring of bubbles. Aroma is a medley of berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) though blueberry stands out. Taste follows, equally tart and sweet. Excellent smooth mouthfeel, overall excellent to outstanding-adjacent.

16oz can. Bottom date stamp reads 'CANNED ON 09/06/24 6.2% ABV'.
Thick, reddish purple colored body. Reddish head which disappears quickly. Surface has a minor storm. Left behind is a residue film.
Aroma has vanilla layered over raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry. Hint of graham cracker.
Taste is berry sweet contrasted with tart. Berry flavors swirl among strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. Vanilla adds to the sweetness, with a reminder of graham cracker. Bright initial flavors fade quickly in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel, with some stickiness. In the end the sweetness lasts longer than the tart nature. Supportive carbonation.
Full flavored kettle sour which is thick with berries.

Is this Omnipollo? Good lord, what a beer...is this even a beer?

On tap (fresh from the press?) at the brewery. Sludgy purple fluid of some kind poured into a mini snifter, and whew, am I glad I didn't get more. Chunks of jam in the glass, literally. All berries and yogurt in the aroma. Etchingly sour--like think the most sour beer you've had from Crooked Stave or Upland or Cascade and multiply it by three--and all fruit juice. Practically nothing beer-like here, even for a sour. As far as mouthfeel goes, I had to chew this thing. Full of pulp and whatnot. Could not be drank, had to be chewed.

The beer wasn't bad necessarily, but just sort of ridiculous. Too chunky and sour even for me in my heyday.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a purplish / red color and a thick, viscous consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white head that lasted an average amount of time. So-so lacing.

S: A super-sweet and tart aroma of berries, a funky / yeasty quality, citrus fruit, vanilla, and lactose.

T: Tasted of a tinge of citrus fruit (a little tangerine, perhaps?), a bit of the funky / yeasty quality (very underplayed), a ton of berries (raspberries, blackberries), a little lactose (not too much), and a hint of vanilla. A sweet and vibrant flavor. It' extremely tart, but oddly well-balanced. Delicious.

F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy, yet lively finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A thoroughly enjoyable beer. Drinkable.

Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Teku glass. Pours a deep murky purplish red with a stout cranberry head. Basically looks like pressed berry juice that is unfiltered. Sweet jammy nose, all berries as it says. Jammy berries right off the bat. Full creamy mouthfeel from the lactose. Subtle hints of sweetness at the finish hint at the vanilla. Some mild astringency at the end as well.
