This Brain Squeeze Smoothie Sour was brewed with lactose and sea salt then kettle soured and loaded up with tart cherry and lime puree and conditioned on vanilla beans. It's a fruity, tart, creamy, and dreamy party in your mouth.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Moderate moderately hazy ruby red/orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky light pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a small cap that lasts. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy cherry, lemon, lime, fruit skin/pits, citrus peel/zest, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cherry, lime, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge sour/tart/tangy cherry, lemon, lime, fruit skin/pits, citrus peel/zest, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy cherry, lemon, lime, fruit skin/pits, citrus peel/zest, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry, lime, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an amazing fruited gose. All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry, lime, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Amazing balance of big juicy/jammy/vibrant fruits, lacto complexity, and sea salt; with a nice sized lactose, and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
