16oz can at share. Think pink fuschia pour with a fluffy pink head. Full fruity aroma with notes of chocolate. Creamy berry taste, white chocolate, vanilla smoothie goodness. Wow!

This pours ….. a color unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a beer. I know what it looks like to me, but I’ll choose discretion as the better part of valor and say it looks like thousand island dressing that hasn’t been mixed particularly well.
The nose has the guava and strawberry and LOADS of the white chocolate. Now we’re getting somewhere. The guava and strawberry actually work well together on the taste, and the white chocolate adds sweetness that creates a unique flavor profile that works really nicely for me, and the mouthfeel is in line with the style.
Now if I could just stop looking at it whilst I drink it.

Pours out like a purple smoothie. Head formation actually appears on this one and lingers for a while. But its foamy and milky like a root beer float. This brew looks dense and thick and it has a bunch of floaties. It just looks like a smoothie, which is not really a problem, except the fact that this is a beer. It comes with the territory as this my second iteration of CHONK by Drekker. Tastes greats, looks goopy.
Nose is pure raspberry. Extremely similar to the Twice The Daily Serving of Raspberry by Trillium that I've had recently. Evokes visions of freshly made jam, puree, and smoothies.
Taste is exactly the same. A mild difference from Trillium's brew though. Trillium's daily serving has a pure fruit flavor, which contains even that earthy undertone that you get from eating fresh raspberries and other fruits. Seeds and flesh bringing that quality. Drekker's Chonk is similar but the raspberry has a more candy like quality. Sweeter, less bitter. White chocolate is not very evident. It may have a more oblique effect on the brew. As I said before, bringing up sweetness and mitigating bitterness.
Smooth as hell. Once again, like a smoothie or a milkshake. Soft, full-bodied beyond what is reasonable, rich, dense. Just an absolute enjoyment to drink. A good amount of carbonation actually. Just a tiny amount over mild carbonation bringing a bubbly quality that a sour should.
Another fun brew by Drekker. The CHONK series is something I always look forward to. Not as enjoyable as the PB&J iteration, but still delicious. Novelty brews, as good as they come.

A: The beer is very hazy purple in color and has hints of whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high dark pink head that took a very long time before it faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberry puree are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of raspberries along with a little sourness - hints of white chocolate are noticeable in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied, very smooth, and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. Remnants of raspberries lend a bit of "slushiness" to the mouthfeel.
O: This makes for a nice dessert beer and is packed with lots of flavors of raspberries.
Serving type: can

L: Poured from a crowler to a snifter glass. Had a purplish / pink color and an extremely thick, smoothie-like consistency. There was a quarter inch of pink-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of chocolate, berries, vanilla, and a funky quality.
T: Tasted of a good amount of vanilla (a subtle presence, but definitely there), a bit of yeasty funk (not a big factor; overpowered by the other ingredients), lots of berries (the advertised raspberries, especially), and some chocolate (quite sweet). This is a super sweet, slightly sour, and completely likable flavor.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Full-bodied.
O: A thoroughly enjoyable beer. Drinkable.

Can. Pink purple head. Chunky lace. Chunky raspberry color.
Another great pastry sour. Tarter than others. Fruity. Lots of raspberries. The white chocolate doesn't really show but maybe provides the sweetness. Creamy lactose and vanilla like flavors. Another tasty Jamba Juice dessert beer.
