16oz can from Tavour. Ruddy violet pour with a small bubbly head. Fruity aroma, berries, pomegranate and a hint of chocolate. Chocolate more prominent in the taste, like chocolate covered blueberries. Thick, full, sweet.

Dark purple brown body. Big blueberry and chocolate fudge. Medium lighter lemony acidity, a bit of dark fruit. Finishes with chocolate and lemon. Medium full body. Lower carbonation, relatively thick. I like the pomegranate chocolate combination.

L: A velvety deep plum purple hue. If there was a head at all, I missed it. So no lace but instead a glass frosted by berry sediments.
S: The chocolate hits first And strongest, and I’m fine with that; somewhere between cheap Hershey’s syrup and a nice chocolate gnash or almond buttercream. The fruits are jammy backdrop.
T: Very much a decadent dessert. But tart, not too sweet. I cannot pick out the pomegranate, but is undoubtedly lending some improvement to the blueberry purée.
F: Mostly in-line with other Chonks I’ve tried, but this one could stand a thicker mouthfeel or more carbonation. It’s a little lacking here.
O: I really liked the combination and I hope to see it again with a touch more refinement.

Can. Another thicccc boi with thick purple head and a purple maroon color.
Light tartness, some sweetness, very thick. Fruit up front with chocolate mixed in. Lots of berries. Dessert like. I like the chocolate with the fruits, which I didn’t know if it’d work or not. Another Jamba Juice winner from drekker.

Drekker Chonk Sundae Sour with Blueberry/Pomegranate/Chocolate, 6.8% ABV. Pours thick and deep purple with a ring of purple bubbles. Nose is strong blueberry and chocolate, and very light sawdust/turpene which is the pomegranate. Taste is blueberry and chocolate, moderately sweet, very slightly tart. Excellent smooth mouthfeel, overall world-class. Truly a pastry sour, admittedly not sour at all.

Mmmmmm...chonky. I can’t in good faith even call Drekkers CHONKs beers....but they are out of this world. Ugly turgid color. But it’s exactly what it promises on the nose and palate: blueberries and chocolate with a thick smoothIe like mouthfeel.
