Murky, brownish color with some floaters. Big, beige head. Strawberries, vanilla, cake, and lactose in the aroma. Tart taste with sweet vanilla notes.

16oz can from Tavour. Muddy pinkish pour. Sweet aroma, vanilla. Taste brings more birthday cake flavors, not overly sweet. Light fruity notes throughout.

Well, it pours a tad bit ugly but not terrible. Kind of a rusty orange color with a sherbert colored half inch or so of foam that eventually develops a layer of pinkish pulp. Typical look for the genre.
It smells wonderful. I can clearly smell each gimmick, and dessert sweetness. The strawberry/raspberry combo is in the forefront and the two fruits are about equally present. Decently sweet smell that is probably the lactose and coconut. There is a nice amount of coconut which to me means not too much. And I'll be damned but there's cake batter. A little yeasty and a bit of lactose aroma. What I dont smell clearly is the hops.
This is just fun in a glass on the taste. It tastes like a cake with fruit piled on it with a bit of coconut and lactose sweetness. There's a mild acidic bite, and the fruit sourness and lacto sourness are not battling for dominance. A bit of lacto funkiness comes through to remind me it's a beer. Hops...not so much. Maybe a vague earthy/herbal note but I'd suspect this is intentionally lightly hopped.
The feel is pretty light for this type of beer. It is nowhere near the thickness of a Mortalis smoothie brew, for instance. There's just enough carbonation to keep it interesting. The flavors are intense but short-lived and I dare say clean. A bit of lactose chalkiness on the finish.
Overall, this is just a fun thing to drink and does retain a bit of "beeriness" despite being heavily (and unabashedly) fortified with gimmicks. Hey, if you are going to make something like this, might as well really own it.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku glass from a one pint can on October 19, 2022. Brewed with confetti cake, raspberry jelly, strawberry jelly and frosting. Better than I expected.

Drekker Chonk Birthday Cake Sundae Sour, 7% ABV. Pours thick and opaque rust color, with a one finger light-red head that left puree residue. Nose is raspberry, strawberry, and cake/vanilla. Taste is raspberry, strawberry, and coconut, slightly sweet, slightly tart, and slight cake aftertaste. Decent creamy mouthfeel, overall excellent. Nose is much better than the taste.

Can.
Chunky pink purple color. Thick smoothie beer.
Fruit, vanilla, and cake. Raspberry, a little tartness, a lot of sweetness. This is another funk dessert smoothie (not really beer), but tasty.

L: A creamily opaque brew with a coloration somewhere between a blended rhubarb pie and ruby red grapefruit juice. It's gorgeous, with a fat finger of similarly hued head which leaves a nice cap full of denser circles which cap off the hidden bubble streams.
S: Tart raspberries and sweet strawberries, cake batter, vanilla and I swear I smell cooked rhubarb too, but it's not listed.
T: Taste follows the nose (including the rhubarb) and only the slightest funk.
F: It's rich and decadant. A wonderful mouthfeel.
O: More a rich fruit sour than really representing the cake IMO, but this is up there with my favorites from Drekker!
