This Blackberry Cobbler Sour a la Mode is jam packed with an obscene amount of blackberry and then crumbled up with our choice cobbler treatment of granola, brown sugar, cinnamon, lactose, and vanilla beans for that fresh out of the oven flavor we just can’t get enough of.⠀

Muddy purple color. Nice, pink/violet head. Blackberries, lactose , vanilla, and plums in the aroma. Moderately tart taste with balancing sweetness. Nice sour.

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 6/14/22 into a tulip glass.
Look- Burgundy, opaque, plentiful visible particulate, below average head retention, granular above average lacing.
Smell- Blackberry, plum, granola.
Taste- Blackberry, plum, granola, sweet, tart, slight cinnamon at finish.
Feel- Full body, smoothie like, highly mouth coating, average carbonation, sweet, tart.
Overall- This was a delicious fruity beer with robust body. This is the first beer of this style I have had, but I now look forward to further exploring the type.

Absolutely amazing beer by my new favorite brewer, Drekker. So far I have yet to try one of their beers I did not find to be outstanding. This brew pours a beautiful purplish blue color with a beautiful light head. Perfect presentation. Wonderful aroma of berries obviously and a very unique fruited sour taste. Unlike anything else I have ever had. Drekker is a top notch establishment.

Dark purple body with medium pink head. Rich cinnamon, blackberries and vanilla on background of medium lactic acidity and citrus. Truly smells like pie. Tastes more of blackberry tartness with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla ice cream. Med body, low carb

A: The beer is very dark purple in color and poured with a quarter finger high dark pink head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some "slushy" remnants clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cinnamon are present in the nose along with notes of blackberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of cinnamon along with notes of brown sugar and blackberries. No sourness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer had too much in the way of cinnamon to taste like a berry cobbler. There was at least enough underlying brown sugar and fruit to take the spicy edge off the cinnamon but overall it seemed that there could have been a better balance.

Pours a deep reddish purple with a non existent head. It smells like blackberries and graham crackers with hints of vanilla and a general sourness. The taste is sweet blackberries up front with hints of cinnamon Graham crackers and vanilla on the end. It's slightly tart, but not sour. It's slightly thick but not as thick as drekkers other smoothie sours. I drank this one way too fast overall very good.
