When we say cheesecake, we mean cheesecake! This Sour a la Mode gets its ridiculously delicious cheesecake flavor from our mad scientist process and by being absoluteluy stuffed with with the finest real ingredients - raspberry, shortcake, lactose, vanilla, brown sugar, and real cream cheese! It's decadent, creamy, and preposterously thick!

When I want a sour, this is exactly the thing I'm looking for to replace my berry smoothie. Probably the best smelling sour I've ever experienced and only wish just a bit more of the aroma translated into the otherwise fantastic flavors. Yum.

This is tasty. Plenty of flavor. Tart and fruity. Looks like a cloudy purple red smoothie or mixed drink. Lots of raspberry, a pleasant cream cheese presence and a sweet vanilla flavor. Even get a bit of the the cakey brown sugar. Boozier than I’d expect. Smoothie like in feel and almost consistency. Only complaint is it feels a bit thin. Other than that, I like big and bold and crazy kettle fruit spurs, and this clicks those boxes.

Turbid pink smoothie consistency. Lots of residual pulp clings to the glass. Really cheesecake taste right up to the Graham cracker crust. Overall, I really liked this.

A modest half finger's worth of off-white colored froth... Limited retention leaves a slight lacing and thin collar... Color is a thick opaque strawberry pulp red... Nose is dominated by vibrant sweet raspberry purée... Some sweet cheesecake notes as well... Some almond and graham cracker notes as well... Flavor is spot on the nose with surprising depth , complexity and balance... Full bodied... Chewy and sleek at the same time... Lightly carbonated... Super smooth... Exquisite and insanely well crafted... A true gem...

A Tavour treat. Pours a cloudy pink color with a small head that disappears quickly. Aroma of raspberries and vanilla. Taste is sweet raspberry cheesecake. Refreshing.

10oz snifter on tap.
L: Murky milky light purple, no head, no visible carbo, no lacing.
S: Vinous stemmy berries, vanilla, cheesecake.
T: Raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, cheesecake/cream cheese. It is lightly sharp & tart. Berries linger and stick to palate. No taste of alcohol.
F: Thick, creamy lactose heavy feel w a med-length finish but has a long linger.
O: Liquid dessert here. Excellent flavors and well constructed feel and balance. Not puckering sour as it's focus is raspberry tartness. An outstanding Fruited Kettle Sour.

Pepto-bismal colored smoothie body, pink tinted head. Raspberry and vanilla with cheesecake and graham cracker in the nose, stunned how real this smells. Taste is more really tart raspberry and sugary vanilla driven, lactose finish coats the palate, other adjuncts linger in the background. A diabetic nightmare. Feel continues this theme, it is very, very tart, and yet almost just as sugary in the cool, thick smoothie body. A whimsical novelty that blurs the line of what a "beer" is
