Drekker Flizzard BBA Imperial Pastry Stout, 14.4% ABV. Pours very thick and opaque deep brown, with a ring of bubbles. Leaves an oily sheen. Incredible aroma is vanilla ice cream and strong Oreo. Taste is bourbon, Oreo, and vanilla, moderately sweet, equally bitter. Decent thick and creamy mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Notes. Had at Controlled Chaos festival Nov 2022 @ Burly Oak.
Enjoyable dessert style BAIS. Big feel if not quite as big nose and taste. Regardless, blend of dark and sweet chocolate, vanilla, lactose, cookie with barrel notes was good…if accordingly sweet.

A - Pitch black pour with no lacing or carbonation.
S - Decadent chocolate, fudge, and Oreo aroma.
T - Chocolate, fudge, Oreo, lactose, and Bourbon while ending on the sweeter side.
M - Light syrupy body with warming in the back of the throat.
O - This is impressive and worth a look.

Thick and pastry like. Fairly smooth though. Solid.

Pours a pitch black color with a thin dark mocha head. Smell is Oreo ice cream. Taste has a medium barrel presence mixed with oreo’s and ice cream some vanilla and char roasted malts in finish, Mouth feel is sweet this is a desert pastry stout. Overall good however barrel was lacking and was too sweet and not worth the price for only 500ml bottle.
