This Sour à la Mode is loaded up with the dynamite combination of Strawberry and Rhubarb plus granola, brown sugar, cinnamon, lactose, and vanilla beans for that slangy, cobblery, right out of Grandma’s oven flavor.

Drekker Slang Du Jour Strawberry/Rhubarb Cobbler Sour à la Mode, 7.6%. Pours hazy light red with a one-finger pink head that left puree residue. Nose is strawberry, brown sugar, granola, and vanilla. Taste follows, plus rhubarb, equally sweet and sour. Excellent smooth mouthfeel, overall excellent. My least favorite of the 20 variants I've reviewed.

Muddy, pinkish color. Medium-sized, pink head. Strawberry, vanilla, and lactose in the aroma. Sour-sweet, fruity taste. Something did not click in this one.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Grayish medium brown, very hazy, opaque, multicolored visible particulate, light brown frothy head, below average head retention and lacing, granular residue on glass wall.
Smell- Strawberry, granola, high strength of scent.
Taste- Strawberry, slight rhubarb, granola, sour, highly sweet, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Full body, average carbonation, moderately creamy, nectar like, sweet, sour.
Overall- This beer had a disgusting grayish medium brown color, but it was all uphill from there. The bouquet was strong and fairly simple, but quite pleasant. The flavor was very strong and had good components with a great balance of sweet and sour notes. The feel was full bodied and nectar like with a moderate amount of creaminess. Overall the beer was enjoyable, but I might keep the next one in the can to avoid having to look at it.

L:. Pours a very smoothie like pink red strawberry with a very small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Lots of pureed strawberry, notes of rhubarb follow the strawberry, a hint of lemon and then some sweet pie crust malt.
T:. Sweet pureed strawberry followed by a slightly tart rhubarb, a hint of lemon and then sweet pie crust malt.
F:. Creamy and very thick, very reminiscent of a smoothie.
O:. This is very reminiscent of a smoothie as intended, still not sure of these beers are my thing but this is a good version of one.

16oz can. Stamped on can bottom is 'CANNED ON 10/29/21'. No ABV% listing on label, but website confirms this as 7.6%.
Totally murky puce (purplish red) colored body. Two fingers of pinkish head. Leaves residue lacing.
Aroma of lacto yeast covered with the gimmicks: granola, strawberry, rhubarb, cinnamon and vanilla.
Taste is more tart than suggested by the smell, but has a cinnamon burn, along with the more "flavorable" flavors of granola, strawberry, rhubarb, brown sugar and vanilla. The cinnamon even dominates in the receding aftertaste, along with the cobbler flavor.
Thick mouth feel. The pour made head so there must be carbonation but it is neutral thereafter.
Really is quite tasty but only as an occasional choice. How to do a food pairing with this?
