Pinky Promise is a bourbon barrel aged Imperial Brown Ale we brewed with our buds at Bernie's Wines and Liquors. After about a year of talking about it we finally got together and brewed this, then it spent another year or so in Tattersall Distilling Wheated Bourbon barrels before we conditioned it on toasted macadamia nuts, toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Very dark brown opaque body with a tan cap. Nose is literally a baked good: macadamia, coconut and vanilla atop caramel malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and brown sugar, bourbon, decadent and heavenly. Taste is very sweet version of the nose: black strap molasses and raisin, chocolate is more bakers. Nose is much better at balance. Medium body, warm, smooth, more sugary than nutty, and sneaky viscous. An air freshener of a beer
