Drekker Suggin' On Chili Dogs Vienna Lager, 5.9% ABV. Pours yellow with a 3+ finger white head that left decent lacing. Aroma is malt and slight fruit. Taste is malty and bitter resin. A bit dry mouthfeel, overall very good.

16 oz can canned 5/17/24 into a pokal.
L: SRM 3 Pours clear golden caramel with a slightly off white head that goes soapy and then to edge foam, good steady carbonation, light random lacing.
S: Very light malts, distant fruit, light pastry dough. Very light aromas overall.
T: Sweet malts, cereal grains, a touch of over ripe citrus, light resin, pear, bread dough, a note of peach. Citrus zest & resin linger.
F: Lightly brisk, wet, medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a fairly drying medium-long finish.
O: A very tasty Lager that has bitterness and a lingering finish. Ale lovers might find this beer tasty. It is very good in its style.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a moderate white head. SRM of 8. (3.75)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of honey, caramel, earthy bread malt with some hints of earthy oak. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of bread malt, earthy honey. Hints of flower. Smooth. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-bodied, average carbonation. Finishes smooth, mildly sweet. (3.75)
Compared to Modist Unending 4/2023: Pours lighter, Stronger aromas. More honey and floral flavors. Less soapy caramel and oak.
Overall: Overlooking the terrible name here this beer is actually drinks decent. Nice honey and lightly floral flavors. Not as dark as I expected. Sort of reminds me more of a Dortmunder than a Vienna lager, but still drinks very nicely. (Rating: 3.90)
