We raided Grandma’s recipe box and then got a little weird with it of course, so we stuffed Lemon Bar Slang Du Jour with lemon, pear, a little banana, vanilla soft serve ice cream, granola and a whole pile of shortbread cookies for a lemon bar flavor that’s totally Grandma approved!

Dirty, yellow color. Medium-sized, bubbly head. Lemon, pear , cream, and vanilla in the aroma. Tart, lemony taste with balancing lactose sweetness. Not bad.

Drekker Lemon Bar Slang Du Jour Sour à la Mode, 6.7% ABV. Pours thick and opaque light gold, with a 3+ finger head with big bubbles, that left puree residue and foam. Nose is lemon, pear, banana, and vanilla. Taste follows, plus lactose, moderately sweet, slightly tart. Excellent thick and creamy mouthfeel. Overall outstanding to world-class-adjacent. One of the best variants. Once again they've muted the lemon sourness that can overshadow if it's left to run amuck.
