truly one of the grosses looking beers ive ever seen, i know this is the kind of thing these guys are known for, and the flavor is actually pretty good, major morning smoothie vibes here, but its hard to look at, really nasty, faded orange into brown, dense as they come, like the gunk you fund when you clean out the garbage disposal, cool to see it on tap i guess, so thick im surprised it could even flow though a line! no head at all, viscous as they come, packed with fruit sludge. the nose is yummy though, cobbler vibes with the peach and apricot coming across as baked and sweetened and concentrated, no sign of any real grain to this, and definitely no hops, but the sourness is light, just tangy, there is a mineral profile that keeps it grounded, and the lactose is bold which highlights the vanilla all through it, and it tastes about like it smells, a total fruit bomb, but all puree i would guess rather than whole fruit, not even really fermented down much, still a lot of residual sugar in this, and frankly no real need for the lactose in my opinion, but i guess this is what the kids want these days. the peach is the boldest of the fruits, its great with the vanilla, and again seems cooked to me. i cant have more than a taster of this, its so thick and filling and sugary. i appreciate the boldness of this, but its poorly refined and is lacking the beer elements i still want even in this style. i get why its popular, and it tastes good, but its not really for me...

Drekker Peach/Apricot/Goldenberry BRAAAAAAAAins Double Fruit Smoothie Sour, 6.5% ABV. Pours bright opaque orange with a slight ring of bubbles that dissipated quickly. Nose is peach, apricot and vanilla. Taste follows, plus goldenberry, moderately sweet, slightly tart. OK mouthfeel, though a bit undercarbonated. Overall excellent.
