I got on here and logged a beer for the first time in years because I like this one so much. It taste like a blue slush puppy without the super sweet aftertaste. I'm not a big lactose fan so I was worried but there seems to be very little in this compared to others I have had. Just enough sour to love, not so much to hate. A fantastic drink. Looking forward to locate a few more. Great after dinner sipper while I get ready for bed. Located by Watkins Glen NY at a beer store. I wish the ABV was higher. Only thing that prevented a 5 rating.

A - A deep, dark burgundy-purple body, with red highlights, opaque, with a minimal pink head that fades to nothing. No lacing per se, but a silty coating forms instead.
S - Soft nose of raspberry, a bit of tartness and yogurt tang over a sweet note reminiscent of how ice cream smells.
T - Follows the nose, but much, much bigger. The front is bright, juicy raspberries, a middle with milkshake-like sweetness, and slightly tart bite on the close.
M - Heavy on the tongue, mild carbonation, the presence of fruit sits clearly on the tongue, and while acidity offers some scrubbing on the back, this is not a clean-drinking brew. It more like its tag-line promises, a smoothie.
O - Love the flavor here, and though this is hardly an orthodox beer, it is a satisfying experience nevertheless. Exceptional.

Pours an opaque, deep purple coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of blueberry and raspberry, with hints of vanilla also coming through. Taste is a great balance of vibrant, natural blueberry and raspberry notes, with hints of vanilla and sea salt also coming through. Finishes with a ligt sweetness and tartness, as well as some blueberry, raspberry and hints of vanilla lingering in the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel with a medium body and light carbonation.
I'm very spoiled when it comes to this style and had honestly expected a little more of this, but it's still a very solid and enjoyable example of the style with natural fruit flavors, that doesn't quite feel too sweet, with the sea salt adding a certain something here despite not being all that noticeable. Same for the vanilla, really. Mouthfeel felt a bit lacking at first, but really improved on final pour. Overall, this makes for a very enjoyable example of the style, despite not really standing out against brews from Mortalis, Burley Oak or Selfmade.

BRAAAAAAAAins - Blue Razz pours a hazy, cloudy, dark purple color. The aroma is notes of vanilla and berries. The flavors are full of berry notes, mainly raspberry, and some hint of blueberries, lots of vanilla, and a thick creamy feel. Overall, its a fun sour beer, very sweet and fruity.
