Bottle for 9th anniversary. Tan head that fades. Black color.
The maple shows a lot. Sweet but not cloying. Milk sugar adds some sweetness but maybe body. Nice nuttiness from the pecans. Honestly, you can tell it’s barrel aged but I wouldn’t guess it’s sherry. Fudge, dark fruits, vanilla, coconut. Dessert.
