Drekker Bloødy BRAAAAAAAAAins Double Fruit Smoothie Sour, 6.1% ABV. Pours hazy pink with a one finger pink head that left some lacing and residue. Aroma is strawberry, pineapple, and vanilla. Taste follows plus orange, moderately sweet, equally tart. Mouthfeel is a bit over-carbonated and thin. Still excellent.

 

Pours an opaque, deep pink coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of blood orange and strawberry, with lighter pineapple and vanilla coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of natural, vibrant blood orange and strawberry, as well as lighter pineapple and vanilla. Finishes with a medium sweetness, light tartness and some blood orange, strawberry and vanilla lingering in teh aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

While this makes for a pretty nice Smoothie Sour, it's a bit too sweet and lacking in tartness for balance for my personal taste, while body and mouthfeel could also be more full and thick. Still, those blood oranges, strawberries and pineapples come through rather vibrant and naturally here, without an artificial feel to this. The blood oranges also do provide a certain bitterness here that serves to balance out the vanilla and lactose sweetness somewhat.
