Danger Is Our Business is an IPA collaboration with our buds at Xül Beer that was brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and wheat and hopped and hopped again with HBC 586, Simcoe, and Cashmere.

Drekker/Xül collab Danger Is Oür Büsiness NEIPA, 7% ABV. Poürs hazy orange with a 3+ finger off-white head that left foamy lacing. Aroma is light citrüs. Taste is citrüs and melon, slightly sweet, more than slightly bitter. Pine trees in the afterbürp. Decent smooth moüthfeel, overall excellent. One of their better NEIPAs.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) deep orange, yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange and lemon citrus, some peach, Creamsicle, smooth finish. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange and lemon citrus, tropical pineapple, some tropical melon, notes underneath. Creamy and smooth yet has a bite. (4.25)
Feel: Medium body, strong carbonation. Creamy, smooth with a bite. (4.00)
Compared to Tripping Animals Fifth Trip Around The Sun 12/2023: Pours darker, similar head. Milder aromas. More peach and lemon. Less tropical notes and strawberries. More of a bite
Overall: Nice tropical notes. I get some lemon, peach, mango notes. Enjoyable hop combo. Lots of peach creamsicle. (
