Our bro, Chad, from Half Brothers Brewing came down a while back to hang out, get weird, and brew a new IPA! One Way Out is an IPA brewed with oats and wheat and then hopped with Centennial, Nectaron Cryo, Talus, and Strata for a super smooth body and strong notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pineapple. It's super tasty and we just know you're gonna love it as much as we do!

Drekker/Half Brothers collab One Way Out NEIPA, 6.2% ABV. Pours hazy pale yellow with a 2.5 finger white head that left lots of foamy lacing. Aroma is malty with tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is bitter grapefruit, pineapple, orange zest, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Canned 12/26/23 (4 weeks ago)

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) medium orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7-8. (4.00)

Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, tropical melon, kiwi, citrus, and pineapple. (4.00)

Flavor: Flavors of orange citrus, lemon, kiwi, pineapple with some green, tropical fruit notes. (4.25)

Feel: Medium body, strong combination, finishes slightly sweet. (4.00)

Compared to Elm Creek Virtual Skyline 1/2024: Pours similar, stronger head. Stronger aromas. Less tangerine, pine, resin. More lemon citrus, tropical pineapple, kiwi. Sweeter, more tropical and smooth.

Overall: A NEIPA with lower ABV with some nice hop combinations of classical Centennial with the newer additions of Nectaron, Talus, and Strata. I think the Talus adds a nice green component and is quickly becoming one of my favorite hop as it complements the others so well. (Rating: 4.10)
